• We prioritize evaluating, resolving, and providing feedback on suggestions and complaints from our guests. • In line with our sustainability approach, we conduct training to raise awareness and contribute to the development of our employees, ensuring they take an active role at every stage. • We comply with laws and regulations in all our activities.
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY
• We assess the environmental impact and extent of our activities within the framework of legal regulations and work to minimize our impact. • We evaluate our waste at the source during the purchasing phase to reduce it. • We separate our waste by group and hazard class in the most effective way. We deliver our waste to licensed companies that comply with their class. • We aim to reduce waste. • We provide training to our staff on waste separation, zero waste, etc., and raise guest awareness by organizing events on these topics. • We undertake the necessary infrastructure work for the efficient use of our natural resources and aim to reduce them through regular monitoring. • We raise awareness among our guests and employees about the responsible use of our natural resources.
OUR PURCHASING POLICY
• We contribute to the protection of nature by choosing "recycled" and "environmentally friendly" labels for the materials we purchase for our hotel. • We contribute to the regional economy by sourcing products/goods from local suppliers and aim to continuously increase the percentage of our local suppliers by monitoring them. • We specifically do not purchase endangered species; only products legally permitted for purchase (quota, seasonally-regulated bonito, tuna, etc.) are purchased.
OUR CULTURAL AWARENESS POLICY
• We inform our guests about the natural and cultural heritage of our region, as well as local products and services, so they can access them. • We ensure that local culture, traditions, and customs are respected; we do not tolerate discriminatory activities regarding opinions, ethnic origins, beliefs, or vulnerable groups. We understand that visitors, whether visiting for tourism or business, contribute to regional development with their diverse cultures and deserve hospitality. • As part of our activities, we hold meetings to consider local characteristics, sensitivities, and the needs of the local community, and we maintain open communication channels. • We work with local people to cooperate, protect historical and cultural assets, and support the preservation of the natural environment. • We support all our stakeholders in promoting the region's cuisine, activities, culture, and traditions (religious and cultural sites, natural resources, biodiversity, etc.), provide training to our staff, and provide information to our guests. • We understand our geography and local community well, respect their historical values and traditions, and contribute to their economic, social, and cultural development. • We develop/contribute to community projects that contribute to the social and economic development of the community and local stakeholders, as well as local employment.

• We conduct our operations with consideration for accessibility to our products and services for individuals with special needs (disabled people, children, etc.). • We provide an environment where guests and employees requiring special protection at our facility will not be harmed in any way, and where all their problems can be easily communicated and resolved.
